It is dedicated to Lord Ranganatha, the reclining form of Vishnu, and the design follows the Sri Vaishnav tradition of the south rather than anything native to Braj. That is the reason to come: most temples here are visited for the deity, this one rewards looking at the building.

Yes — one temple, several names. Its formal name is Shri Ranganatha Temple, after the reclining form of Vishnu it is dedicated to. Almost everyone in Vrindavan calls it Rangji, and you will also see it written as Rangnath or Ranganath. If you have been given directions under any of those names, they all lead to the same place on the Vrindavan–Mathura side of town.

Jaipur Temple, Govind Dev Ji and Prem Mandir are the natural additions — all close enough to do on the same run. Tell us how long you have and we will sequence the stops so you are not crossing Vrindavan twice.

Yes. The vehicle stays with you for the day, so the driver parks at the nearest sensible point and waits. There is no clock running on how long you spend at the darshan.
